How to Use WorkIt

Register your Company

Complete our registration to verify your company and begin finding staff.

We require your company registration number, contact information and a credit form to create and verify your company profile. Credit forms are used to set up invoices.

You can sign up online or with a member of the team.

Post Job and Select Staff

Once verified, upload the temporary job(s) you need to be filled.

WorkIt’s algorithms automatically matches and notifies candidates based on your criteria. You can also search directly using a range of filters including hourly rate, location and levels of experience to find and request staff directly.

Review and Select Bookings

Review, select and accept who you need from the shortlist of candidates generated by the app.

Talent profiles are quick and easy to navigate. To speed up your selection, talent profiles include CVs and portfolios of their work so you can see their experience for yourself.

Manage and Rate your Bookings

Manage your booking directly through the app or web login. From posting specific job instructions and timesheets.

Once your job is completed, you can rate your bookings based on their reliability and performance.

Our secure automated system also calculates and manages staff payment including taxes and holiday pay so you don’t have to.
